livingLAB will begin working with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority on Placemaking and Planning this year. MSHDA is in the process of awarding grants for community development projects located in a downtown or adjacent neighborhood. livingLAB can assist municipalities, for-profit and non-profit corporations in applying for these grants and providing technical assistance once awarded.
